Return Policy
We are a consignment store and do not accept returns. All products listed for sale are guaranteed 100% Authentic and are brand new with tags or in new condition without tags. If there are any flaws they will be noted in the description and pictured. Also exact measurements are notated as well. At Sweet Purseonality, we understand the importance of trust. Shopping for pre-owned designer items can be a daunting experience because the industry is plagued by sellers peddling counterfeits. Our commitment is to provide our customers with ONLY 100% authentic designer items.
We have an extensive checklist that each item must pass to weed out the fakes before it is listed for sale on Sweet Purseonality. This includes: serial number or date codes, stitching, monogram pattern, brand logo, inside lining, handles, hardware, and quality of the material. However, if there is even a question of authenticity, follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Contact Customer Service Department at 1.800.446.8679 to discuss your complaint.
- If a refund is warranted, a third party authentication letter is required. We will refund the purchase price, shipping, and insurance paid at the time of purchase AND the cost of shipping and insurance to return it to us. A refund will be issued within five business days after receipt of the returned item. We are not responsible for the costs you incur to obtain the third party authentication.
- Sweet Purseonality guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell or 100% of your money back-- Ensuring your trust is most important to us. You have 7 days from the date you received the designer item to file a complaint with our Customer Service Department. The designer item MUST HAVE the authenticity tag still attached to receive a refund. If the tag has been removed, no refund will be granted. After 7 days, items are not eligible for a refund.
